This is a SCOTT Stretch Elastic Nylon Safety Cat Collar with a Bell.  Made of high quality 3/8″ stretch elastic nylon and hardware.  Includes a chrome plated steel tongue buckle and D-ring.  Also includes a miniature sleigh bell attached to the D-ring.  The buckle and D-ring are secured to the collar using a nylon weld.  This soft, durable collar will stretch to nearly twice it’s regular length.  This ability to stretch allows the cat to slip free if caught.  The collar will not snag.  The total length of the collar is 1″ to 2″ longer than the collar size.  There are no holes in the collar.  To adjust the collar to the appropriate size, simply punch the tongue of the buckle through the braided nylon.  This is a great little collar.  It looks good, and it is safe, too.  Make your size and color selections using the drop down menus.
